Set on more than 14 acres of beautiful vineyards, Layton’s Chance has a variety of great wines, a large picnic area with outdoor games, a nature trail, and a friendly staff that can’t wait to greet you!
Listen to music or bring a picnic and sit outside for our Concerts in the Country Series. Even dogs are welcome in our picnic area. We love to give our guests the complete vineyard and winery experience in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Dog Days of Summer is coming!
Join us on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟐–𝟒𝐩𝐦 for a paw-some afternoon full of furry fun, community support, yummy drinks, and tail wags!

- Opportunities to support an amazing local cause — Baywater Animal Rescue!
- ALL raffle ticket proceeds go directly to Baywater, and we’ll also be donating 10% of the day’s sales to help support their mission!
